Steel & walnut dining & coffee tables

A client contacted us to build a few pieces with Ontario lumber from a tree that he had himself felled and milled and then dried in his basement for 3 years. The idea was to create a dining table that maintained a live-edge look with the outside boards if possible and to also build a complementary coffee table. We designed and built two sturdy steel tubing bases that were powder coated black.
