Shipping
Most of our products are built-to-order or in small batches. Depending on which product you are purchasing and our workload, production time will vary from 5 to 15 days.
At present, our shipping rates only apply within Canada. Please use the form below to enquire about shipping outside Canada. Note that due to item sizes, some are currently only available for pick-up from elff studio or delivery across the GTA.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the form below within 30 days of purchase and arrange to ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is undamaged, we will contact you to arrange for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
We are unable to refund any item that has been modified or damaged by you, customized by us or purchased on sale.
Order cancellation
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order within 2 business days, you will be given a full refund. Orders cancelled after 2 business days will be treated as “returns” and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately. If you notice any signs of damage that may have occurred during transport, take a photo of the damage, re-pack the item in the original packaging and contact us using the form below within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement order.
